What does it cost, and how long does it take?
$2,500 for companies up to 100 employees, $5,000 for up to 200. It takes about two to three weeks start to finish. We agree on who we’ll interview up front and keep it tight.
Who do you talk to?
Around five of your department leaders, the people who own the workflows. You line them up; we handle the conversations, about 45 to 60 minutes each.
Is this just a sales pitch?
No. The PATH is vendor-neutral by design. We’ll happily tell you to buy an off-the-shelf tool, fix a process, or leave something alone, including “don’t build this.” That’s the whole point of an honest outside read.
What if the answer is that we don’t need custom software?
Then that’s what the report says, and you’ve saved yourself a bad investment. You keep the action plan regardless.
Do we have to hire Parse afterward?
No. The plan is yours to run however you like.
What do you need from us?
