Family Foundation Services, a foster care and family services organization based in Hastings NE faced a challenge common to many mission-driven non-profits: its paper-based processes were slowing everything down.
By rethinking how service data was captured and managed, we helped FFS move from fragmented documentation to a secure mobile friendly web based HIPAA compliant system that now supports thousands of services each month, without adding administrative overhead.
The Challenge
Every service required documentation and every piece of documentation required time.
Staff were manually capturing daily service and travel Logs, often re-entering the same information multiple times. This created a heavy administrative burden and increased the likelihood of errors. The impact went beyond inefficiency:
